Daim, Wilfried (1923-)Austrian psychologist and psychotherapist who investigated areas of parapsychology. He was born July 21, 1923, in Vienna, and received his Ph.D. at the University of Vienna in 1948. He began the practice of psychotherapy and in 1958 was named head of the Institute for Political Psychology, Vienna. Apart from several books on psychology, Daim has written on experimental dream telepathy and various related topics and published a book describing his interest in the psychic realm, Experimente mit der Seele (1949).
