Lords of the Flame (or Children of the Fire Mist)Adepts, or manasaputras (sons of mind), sent from the planet Venus to aid terrestrial evolution. According to Theosophy, Venus was considered in advance of the Earth in the evolution of the Solar System. The efforts of these adepts directed towards intellectual development enable the inhabitants of the Earth to become further advanced than could be expected in the ordinary course of events. These adepts are not permanent inhabitants of the Earth, and, while a few remain, most of them have already returned to Venus, the time of crisis during which they assisted having now passed. |
