Act 2 Scene 4

Launcelot delivers the letter to Lorenzo who tells Launcelot to give word to Jessica that he won't fail her.  The contents of the letter are revealed to be Jessica's plan of how to sneak out of her father's house with gold and jewels.  Lorenzo makes a comment that if Shylock ever gets to heaven it will be because of his daughter.  Lorenzo tells his companions to prepare for a masque to be held that evening.
